Also, his wife, Mrs. Athina, preserves the traditional services, and every last one of her dishes has the taste of a mom. When you eat her food, your mind takes you back to what your mother used to cook for you. This by itself is magical. And finally, we cannot forget the always smiling and welcoming Erietta, the future of the restaurant. Her knowledge and experience of Cretan cuisine are impeccable, plus she makes one of the best galaktoboureko we have ever had.
